The Pre-Visit
Before you come in for your appointment, make sure you follow steps one and two listed above. This will ensure that you are booking with a stylist that resonates with you, and it also allows us to look over your booking request to familiarize ourselves with your goals.
There are a couple of things that you can do to make sure your appointment aligns with your goals. First thing is to come in with clean clarified hair. You can do this by using a clarifying shampoo before your visit. Another thing you can do to help us is to come in with an inspiration photo. This helps our stylists to visualize tones, shapes, and overall style of your goal. Last thing is to come in with an open mind.

The Consultation
This is when we work with you to discuss your goals. We will look at any inspiration photos you have, as well as discuss things like tone and style.

Our skilled stylists are here to guide you on your beauty journey. They will work closely with you to ensure that the tone and style you desire compliment and enhance your unique features, creating a look that harmonizes perfectly with your natural beauty.

Expect us to ask things like: Tell us the last time you really loved your hair? Have you ever left the salon and hated your hair, what about it did you hate? Is there anything I can do today to help you have the most comfortable experience?

This is our opportunity to learn about each other to ensure that you are getting what you're looking for.
After Goodbye
After your appointment, go home and enjoy your new hair. Wait a couple of days and then wash/style it yourself. Pay attention to how your haircut is falling, how the color is framing your face. Look at things you are loving about it, as well as things you may want to change at your next appointment.

If for some reason you ever leave the salon and are not 100% in love with your finished result, please call the salon or reach out to your stylist within 72 hours. Adjustments are able to be made for free within 72 hours (dependent on the adjustments). If you reach out after the 72 hour mark, you will be scheduled as another full appointment and will be charged as so.
